About the Role

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing advanced technical support to end-users and dealers of JCA Technologies’ retrofit autonomous products.  You will collaborate with our R&D team in assisting with new product launches. You will also lead customer training, dealer training, assist at trade shows, and create publications for support.


  • Support request field calls from growers and dealers on technical support questions, installation, in-field operation, and in-field breakdowns 
  • Communicate issues and future needs to the R&D team for current and future products. 
  • Actively involved with the go-to-market process for some of our new products to ensure a successful product launch. 
  • Create and deliver projects focused on customer experience, process improvement, and training effectiveness.
  • Generate and edit content for technical publications, including operator and installation manuals, technical and service bulletins, knowledge base articles, and product instructions. 
  • Lead breakout sessions of both introductory and advanced level dealer training. 
  • Participate and set up tradeshows and conferences.
  • Compile, analyze, and report on testing and field data to assist in the marketing and research of products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative problem solving to overcome obstacles. 
  • Experience in a customer support role. 
  • Basic mechanical skills and knowledge. 
  • This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver’s license.
  • This position includes extensive domesticand some international travel.
